                                        Our biltong is made using carefully selected joints of grass fed silverside beef of the highest quality.
After each piece is carefully hand cut the meat is then marinated using a selection of freshly grounded spices.
Once the marinating process is complete the meat pieces are slowly air dried for several days before being ready.
